The high-speed spindles are electrically or pneumatically driven and can reach speeds of up to 80,000 rpm. Such speeds make it possible to process elements of a small-sized part, use a small-diameter cutting tool (less than 0.2 mm in diameter), deburr, and use an abrasive or lapping tool when processing parts.
The spindles are installed in standard positions for axial or driven tools, can be radial or axial and are selected depending on the machining requirements.
A separate controller is installed to control the spindles.
Drive power up to 150 W for 80,000 rpm.
