Основанная на серии MC20, эта обрабатывающая ячейка имеет модульную конструкцию, позволяющую использовать конфигурацию с несколькими станциями, а четыре станции обработки обеспечивают оптимальное распределение процессов обработки и сокращение времени такта.
- Четыре идентичных обрабатывающих модуля, состоящие из передней бабки и резцедержателя, имеют конфигурацию станка, в которой все они расположены на одной головке, что значительно повышает производительность на единицу площади по сравнению с традиционными производственными линиями.
- Отдельные модули можно легко настроить, если вы научитесь обращаться с токарным станком, состоящим из одного шпинделя и одного резцедержателя.
